One of the best ways to reduce E&O exposure is to require those involved in sales to use coverage checklists.   Although a longer checklist may be more encompassing, producers are more likely to use a condensed version, recognizing that checking one area may lead to more questions.  This one-page checklist is in Word format so that it can be edited to better fit the needs of your agency and the exposures which you market and service.
